I'm giving it one star only because it won't let me give less. This company's support is horrible; on the website, they literally take ages to reply, and when they finally do, they tell you things that have nothing to do with your request and then disappear again for hours with the excuse that they're "very busy"... and on Discord, they just tell you to go talk to website support... and it just goes in a loop like that. It feels like they care about their customers somewhere between 0 and 0.1... It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received a response... My recommendation is don't waste your time with this company and go somewhere else where customer service doesn't make you feel like you're a problem for them.

I bought the $50K Rapid Plan eager to start trading, but I spent an entire day unable to trade due to a market data issue that neither Tradovate nor MyFundedFutures accepted responsibility for. Tradovate stated in writing that market data for prop firm accounts is the prop firm's issue. MFF hasn't replied to my email or support ticket for over 12 hours without live chat, no phone support, nothing. I had planned three trading days this week to build consistency for a pass, but that's now impossible because of their flawed onboarding and lack of support. Their ads seem professional and trader-friendly, but the reality is quite the opposite. If a problem occurs on day one, you're completely on your own. It's probably better to trade elsewhere to avoid this hassle. Just a warning.

I took 11k in payouts I was very happy until today they kicked me out like a dog after asking me to do a video interview which I did, they asked for my strategy which I showed perfectly, everything Hugo asked in the call I answered honestly and he told me he was going to send me a verification link which I just did with my ID and selfie and now I received and email that my 5k payout is gone and also they kicked me from the platform like a dog, never seen this in my 3 years experience trading prop firms. Total disaster I hope they fire this risk guy which does a terrible job.

Be very careful with this prop firm I had a very disappointing experience with MyFunded Futures. After spending a lot of time and effort passing their challenge and trading according to their rules, my account was suddenly closed by their Risk Team. They claimed there was “misrepresentation of identity,” even though I was fully willing to provide any verification they needed. Instead of allowing me to verify my identity or resolve the issue, they permanently restricted my account and simply stated that their decision is “final and not subject to appeal.” This is extremely frustrating because traders invest significant time, discipline, and money into these challenges. To close accounts without giving traders a fair opportunity to verify their identity or clarify any misunderstanding feels very unfair. If you are considering trading with this firm, be aware that your account can be closed without any meaningful chance to resolve the situation. Transparency and fair treatment of traders should be a priority for any prop firm. They initially claimed I provided false information on my account. To resolve this, I completed KYC again using the exact same name as on my passport and my trading account. My verification was accepted and everything was approved. However, about one hour after my KYC was approved, they suddenly breached and closed my account without any clear explanation. Very frustrating experience
