My account was canceled as there was an issue with the rebilling cycle. I had to go into discord to get their support email, as their chat on the website didn’t work. But after getting in contact with Fauzi on the support team, he fixed my issue almost immediately. I gave it a 4 because of the issues with my account, and how hard it was to find an email. But the support I received from Fauzi was impeccable.
