A futures-focused prop firm running four programs: Builder, Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro. The profit split depends on which one you take, and the plan table shows it per account. My Funded Futures stands out for its daily payout option, a rarity in the industry, alongside the usual bi-weekly and on-demand schedules, with withdrawals processed through Rise. Every program is a one-time payment with no activation fee and no renewals. Platforms supported are NinjaTrader, Tradovate and TradingView.

I had 5 Flex accounts with 5 profitable days and MFF refused to pay me and accused me of hedging my trades with another trader. No data was shared, no ID of the other “trader”. Just refused to pay. Very disappointed in the integrity of MFF. I do not recommend them.

I wanted to share my recent experience with MyFundedFutures regarding a 50k Flux account. Long story short: Avoid them if you value actual customer service. I had a rebill issue because my credit card was lost. I followed the protocol, updated my payment method, and opened a ticket (#79581896) to have the account manually rebilled. Since then, it has been 15 days of "to and fro" emails with absolutely no action: Jerico and Kolade (Support Leads) repeatedly told me the system would "attempt to rebill later today." It never happened. After 11 days of silence, Shadd reached out just to ask if I "saw their last response"—a response that solved nothing. They keep marking the ticket as "Resolved" when the account is still not renewed. It feels like they are just reading from a script to close tickets rather than actually looking at the account. If a prop firm can’t handle a simple payment update in over two weeks?

Avoid MyFundedFutures if you value fairness and transparency. My funded account was blocked simply because I didn’t place any trades for six days. The reason was that I was on vacation and unable to trade during that short period. Instead of handling the situation reasonably, they immediately terminated the account. What makes this even worse is how they handle their rules. Many of the restrictions seem intentionally buried or poorly highlighted, which makes it very easy for traders to violate them without realizing it. It feels less like a fair evaluation process and more like a system designed to find excuses to block accounts. After my account was terminated, I contacted support asking for either a reactivation or at least a refund. Both were refused without any real attempt to resolve the situation. This experience gave me the impression that the company prioritizes finding ways to remove traders rather than supporting them, especially when those traders are profitable. Policies like these make it very difficult to trust the platform. If you are thinking about buying a prop firm challenge or funded account, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are many other firms with clearer rules and much fairer treatment of their traders.

I am writing this to warn other traders about a major technical discrepancy and a lack of accountability at MyFundedFutures. I took a standard trade during the Asia session (5 contracts) which lasted 1m 3s. I had a $400+ drawdown buffer remaining. Shortly after, I received a "Breach" email. Support claimed a second trade occurred: a 6-contract Limit Order that lasted 34 minutes. There are three major issues here: I exclusively trade Market Orders; I do not use Limit Orders. I never authorized or placed a 6-contract trade. The trade duration (34 mins) is entirely inconsistent with my trading style. When I presented these facts, support dismissed it as a "misclick." When I pushed further, they simply quoted their agreement stating they are "not liable for platform issues." If a prop firm can have "ghost trades" appear on your account and then hide behind a liability clause to keep your fee and close your account, they are not a reliable partner. Avoid this firm if you value your capital and time. Their platform is unstable, and their support is dismissive
