This is my first prop firm I joined and everything is user friendly and understandable. This has been a great experience and communication is tops. I just hope that I will have no issues with withdrawals if I come to that stage.

Chatting with their customer support is a real torture. Their support service constantly responds by copying and pasting parts from the web instead of answering user's questions. It looks like they don't care what do you ask, they just copy and paste something that is just a bit relevant to respond to you. Annie, Rex, Mark, the same with every agent. You end up confused, and not knowing what to do. Now the support tells me that a BOGO (purchased account, and not the free one) cannot be merged, then that it can be merged. I really don't know where I can get reliable information from, since they don't show their phone number :(.
