I recently ran into an issue while trading my Funded Next account where my trades were suddenly getting rejected. It was frustrating, so I quickly submitted a trouble ticket. Mark responded almost immediately and handled everything in a super professional and friendly way.After a quick investigation, Mark clearly explained the reason: all trades must be closed before 3:10 PM Central, with trading allowed to resume at 5:00 PM Central. His explanation was straightforward and helped me understand the rule right away so I could avoid the problem in the future.Mark was fast, pleasant, and genuinely helpful — exactly the kind of support you want from a prop firm.
