Withholding Funds for Untraded Account I purchased two accounts, including a $5k Instant account ($179). I successfully did their Live Video KYC, where I clearly explained my Gold trading strategy and verified my identity. Despite this, FundedNext immediately terminated both of my accounts, claiming "third-party assistance" during the call a completely false and unsubstantiated accusation. The most shocking part? The instant accounts was not even traded. There is zero "trading violation" possible on an account with no activity. Withholding the registration fee for a service that was never rendered is a "Total Failure of Consideration" and a violation of the Consumer Protection Act.
