Customer Service was amazing. They have all the questions to your answers, it truly shows how prepared they are. The only thing I complain about is that, in regards of the add-ons, they should only allow you to pick whether VPS + EA OR the EA placeholder alone. This is deceiving in some form and can let users to double paying for the same add-on of just wanting to use an EA in a VPS. I would say this is not clear enough.
