I had breached one of my accounts several weeks ago, but it was still active. It automatically rebilled yesterday but was never reset on my dashboard or on Tradovate. I reached out to support on Saturday morning, and much to my surprise, Tee answered almost immediately. I wasn't expecting anyone to respond until Monday, but I was pleasantly surprised to connect with someone immediately. I explained the issue to Tee, which was pretty minor in the scheme of things, but Tee went right to work. Within 20 seconds, Tee reset the account and it was updated in the dashboard right away. I have had a couple of other minor issues like this in the past, and the FFF support team has always answered and taken care of it on the spot. I believe I have written at least 1 review about it in the past. I currently trade with at least 6 other prop firms and I can honestly say that no other prop firm support team compares to FFF, and it's not even close! Keep up the great work FFF support team, and than you Tee for responding and fixing my issue on a Saturday!

Funded Futures is easy to use and work with. I have used many Prop firms, with limited support and success. FFF is not only straight forward. But tonight I had a slight issue activating my first passed account and BHADMUS got it fixed very quickly... On a Friday night of a long weekend. Thank you FFF MerlinTrades...

had some small problems with verification confirming details ect, reached out to Tim from support and problems was corrected very fast, easy and polite also the same for jazz! first request was put in and answered in minutes!
