Had some issues with blown accounts had help from Nick which manage to fix everything within the span of 5 minutes, awesome support by FFF.

I had a few questions which were answered by Tee very promptly. I was looking at the options on the Funded futures family website and had more connections and when I went back with these further questions Tee picked up questions where left off and proceeded to answer all.

My first experience was as follows: Customer service is great. It was my first time to use their Wealth Charts platform. It takes getting used to it. I had to go through the tutorial videos on the platform to understand how it works. The platform is very fast in trade execution. I did not like the Intraday trailing stop, it is a rip-off. I would recommend EOD drawdown.

Hi ! TEE was very polite and patient, he answers to all my questions without any issue, he goes straight to the point and explain everything to me very clearly it was a real pleasure to talk to him, As this is my first day with Funded Futures Familly I hope they will be as good as TEE was.
