The rule is not quiet fix but the risk…

The rule is not quiet fix but the risk team will try to explain to you one by one . Andrew is so helpful with my case . I requested a payout of over daily drawdown , which made my account breached due to DD and system detected it . I contacted customer support but they were fix that it’s final , but I haven’t violated the trailing drawdown . Yes this rule should be removed that withdrawing a payout will appear on drawdown not on withdrawal . This rule will keep the traders away. But Andrew at the end , step up and contacted the customer service that was a system glitch . Thanks and I hope that this rule will be removed .
