I hardly ever give reviews but honestly I won’t feel right until I give my candid review on this amazing company! This is the best prop firm I’ve ever worked with! Finally got my first payout after numerous disappointments and scams from other prop firm companies! On E8, spreads are awesome, no confusing rules, fast and efficient customer service, great trading environment provided. I wish I worked with E8 markets a long time ago! I love this company, I’m just lost for words!

My challenge account was somehow frozen and i couldn't open or close any trades. Strangely it wasn't even giving any error message. then the trade started going against me so I lost the account and because I didn't have any screenshot I couldn't prove that it was not my fault. 150£ was wasted at end of day. Update: Martin from Customer service reached out to me and he helped me although I had no evidence to prove this happened (although I know it did). He appreciated my honesty and gave me a new Challenge account free of charge. E8 is building good and trustworthy reputation and I hope to continue my trading journey with them trusting that I will not have any bad experience again... Thank you again!!

In my experience, the Customer Service Department of any business is extremely important to the growth of a business. E8's CSD has been very responsive and helpful with every inquiry I've had. I appreciate their platform and how it's setup because as long as you know what you're doing and have a plan, you will succeed.
