9k Profit rejected and account deleted with account number of 2132667134 by the way I have heard from my friends and people that I mentor them most of them get their payout and says that this company is the best. I haven't received my 9k payout because I had share Ip address to someone and company was asking about it and how do you know him or her maybe the seminar I attend or Expo, i asked to check my trades if it was the same trade to them, you cannot give me my money, but the company didn't listen to me and was asking about why my Ip address and asking why so i got blocked and didn't get my money. and i am not allowed to use their services anymore.

Okay Prop Firm

E8Funding has a great dashboard, offers challenges for a more affordable price, and the ability to withdraw 8 days after getting funded. Their services is okay, but could be quicker with replies, therefore not too reliable when you really need help as it can take hours to a day before you get a response. In addition to that, trade execution is poor, where your entries will be placed farther than the actual spreads given. Overall, I think they're good but some places to improve on such as getting better execution. Other than that, it could be best to look for another prop firm that can give better trading experience.

My account was blocked due to slippage…

My account was blocked due to slippage at the end of the day. Customer service took a lot of effort to explain this. It is a company I like to work with, but the commission rates, spread and slippage fees are much higher than other companies, so it is very likely to fail at the stages.

Can not access funded account dashboard.

E8 service is very bad... After passing 2 phases, I received funded account but when trying to access the dashboard they asked me to upload my document, My document was uploaded on 6 Feb and now is 14 feb without any email or replies from E8. I tried to contact their support at support @ e8funding.com few times but no response at all. I feel very disappointed and feel like E8 is cheating. They owe me an explanation, my account 113764 Update: 15/02/2023 The reason for the a big delay is because they mentioned they dont use support @ e8funding.com. the live chat icon does not work on my computer and my phone, it does not appear, that's why I have to send email to their support email. but I dont think it is the reason why it takes ~10 days to review my account without any updates. I changed this review to 3 stars bc they supported me with the login credentials. I can access my account now. I hope my trades are good so I can withdraw my money, let's see their support at that time.

Indices commissions too high

They have a lot going for them, they’re getting a good reputation for payouts and minimal slippage but the deal breaker for me is the high commissions on indices. I scalp mostly US100 and between the spread and commissions they’re among the highest out there during the NY session. I have to stick with FTMO but will check back with them once in a while.
