Hi all. I was introduced to E8 Markets after a friend's advice; they had a promotion for the New Year where they gave a free 5K account. I received this account, everything was fine, but this morning I received a notification about blocking the account, although I did not break any rules, and evidence that in the letter they sent by mail there is not even a reason for blocking(I can provide screenshots from the email)! I thought this company was good and hoped for long-term cooperation, but they let me down!

I thought this company was good and hoped for long-term cooperation, but they let me down!

I’ve been trading with e8 for a good 2 months now. I’ve been trading prop for 2-3 years. Was on multiple live accounts on other firms. I was big on TfT and surge in the past (we know how that went). Here’s my experience with E8. 1. The spreads and broker are absolute garbage. I’ve had a ton of issues with the broker and unless you’re recording every single thing you’re doing they tell you it’s a you problem. 2. Support is 50/50. You either get someone sarcastic and they just flat out stop replying or get you someone extremely helpful. 3. I have a “funded” account with them. Have had issues with orders filling randomly or multiple orders filling when you only take 1 position. I have also been forced to have a 1% loss limit rule on the account after multiple attempts to get funded. Overall the firm seems pretty sketchy. Random orders being filled, stop losses hit when price is no where near them (even with spread) which the spread is absolutely garbage. 2-3$ spread on NDQ with the funded account. Complete honest opinion I almost guarantee they’ll deny my payout. If they don’t then it will be a huge surprise. They’d be a 3.5-5 star firm to me if they actually would pay out and fix issues when they arise. I can’t really blame them for the crappy 50/50 support staff but overall just better options out there in my eyes.

I am from Ethiopia and I want to say something about the giveaway. In the beginning, you said that everyone who completed the task will be qualified, but when we complete the task and wait for the giveaway.you break our hope, saying that our country is restricted.

Honestly this company would be killing it, if it wasn't for their overnight spread, which will kill your trades with +20 pips spread on some pairs. If you fx have a fundednext trade running simultaneously, it won't be liquidated. Speaking from experience. Have had 2 liquidations. Now I need to stay up late and manually temporarily widen and tighten stop after overnight session spread has come down. So beware - these conditions will kill lots of swing trades!!
