I had a very negative experience with E8 Markets. I funded my account but was unable to complete KYC verification because of my Ukrainian citizenship, even though I legally reside in the Czech Republic and can provide proof of that. With other services and prop firms, this isn’t an issue—they do manual verification and take place of residence into account. Here, however, they’re demanding documents I physically don’t have and refuse to be accommodating. Okay, they can’t verify me manually, but the most interesting part is that they also don’t want to refund my funds. First, they cite AML regulations and say they can’t return the cryptocurrency. Yet they readily accept cryptocurrency and make payments in cryptocurrency. There’s absolutely no logic to this. I suggested returning the money to a bank account—they refused that too. The situation boils down to the following: - They accepted the moneyВ - they did not provide the service - they refused to issue a refund To me, this looks like extremely unethical behavior on the part of the company and a blatant attempt to deceive its customers. I’d also like to mention customer support. After several messages and an escalation to a “senior manager,” they simply stopped responding to me. Complete silence for weeks. Personally, I got the distinct impression that if any problem arises, the company will simply look for a reason not to resolve anything—neither refunds nor payments. The company is solely focused on taking your money. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

My experience with E8 Markets has been extremely concerning due to ongoing platform issues over an extended period, a lack of proper resolution, and, ultimately, losing access to my account without a fair outcome. This is not about trading performance. It is about a service that did not function correctly over time. Over an extended period, I experienced repeated technical problems, including dashboard not syncing correctly with MT5, delayed or incorrect balance and equity updates, and inconsistent account data across platforms. These issues were raised multiple times but continued to occur across different accounts, showing they were not isolated incidents. There were also issues with the payout process. At a point where conditions appeared to be met on the platform, the payout option was not available when it should have been. This raised further concerns about the system's reliability and accuracy. Throughout this period, there were ongoing execution related issues. Trades did not close at End of Day as required, stop loss functionality did not operate correctly, and positions remained open while the market was closed. This created situations where exposure continued beyond expected limits without the ability to manage or control it. During communication with support, it was indicated that the system may have been affected or “broken” due to internal changes, including the removal of the daily pause. This is extremely concerning, as it suggests internal adjustments impacted platform behaviour. Despite this, the system continued operating in this state and the consequences were still applied. I made repeated attempts to resolve these issues through live chat, email, and Discord over this extended period. Responses were delayed or inconsistent, and the issues were not properly resolved. At times, I was told emails were not being received, despite continuing to receive promotional emails from the same company without issue. After a significant delay, I was informed that the issue had been resolved and was provided with another account. However, the same problems continued, including syncing issues, execution inconsistencies, and unreliable system behaviour. This confirms the underlying issue was never properly fixed. The account was ultimately closed following a drawdown breach. However, the behaviour of the platform over this extended period indicates that this outcome was influenced by the unresolved system issues rather than normal operation. Instead of resolving the matter, I was accused of abusing the system, my concerns were dismissed, my account was closed, and communication was restricted. This prevented any fair resolution. There were also instances where trades were rebalanced or voided after the fact, which indicates the system was not functioning correctly in real time. This experience raises serious concerns about platform reliability, execution accuracy, consistency of rule enforcement, and how customer issues are handled. A platform that enforces strict rules must also function correctly. Where issues persist over time without resolution, applying penalties creates an unfair outcome. I will be uploading full supporting evidence, including screenshots, communication logs, timestamps, and video recordings, to a public web link so that everything can be independently verified. When I uploaded evidence I'll add a link here.

I passed the evaluation and completed KYC, yet I was still denied a funded (100k) account. E8 told me that after reviewing the video call, they believed I had not explained my trading strategy, decision-making, and risk management in enough detail, and on that basis they suspected account management, banned me from using or purchasing accounts, and called the decision final and non-negotiable. I have been trading for around 9 years. I may have been somewhat nervous during the call, but a subjective interview impression should not override a passed evaluation and completed KYC process. I also did not receive any refund of the fees I had paid. For me, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a prop firm. It showed me that even after passing, a trader can still be removed after the fact based on an interview assessment. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise traders to think very carefully before choosing E8.

I want to warn others about my experience with E8 Markets. After trading on their platform, my account was suddenly marked as “failed”, but the situation is far from fair or transparent. First of all, I experienced serious technical issues. The platform (MetaTrader 5) frequently froze, making it impossible to open or close trades at critical moments. At one point, I manually tried to close my trades at around a $2,500 loss, but the system did not respond. Because of this failure, my losses increased beyond my control. Even more concerning: trades were closed without my consent. I did not close these positions myself, yet they were closed in loss. These losses were then counted toward my daily drawdown, which directly led to my account being failed. I have also observed that when the account is in profit, the system allows larger exposure, but then positions are suddenly closed in loss, which raises serious concerns about how trades are handled internally. I filed a formal complaint and requested an investigation, including execution logs and system data. However, no proper investigation was conducted, and no transparent explanation was provided. This raises serious doubts about: The reliability of their trading infrastructure The fairness of their risk and drawdown calculations The integrity of trade execution Given these issues, I consider the account failure unjustified. I therefore demand either: Restoration of my account, or A full refund of the amount I paid for the account Until this is resolved properly, I strongly advise traders to be cautious. My experience shows that technical failures and unexplained trade closures can directly lead to account failure, without accountability or proper investigation from the company. Account ID: 618325
