DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT E8 FUNDING! They closed the market before the Easter Holiday and communicated it a day before. Unprofessional. Monday April 10th I was ready to continue my challenge but Metatrader didn't let me place a trade. E8 Funding shut down all their activities due to "abnormal trading activity" that had happened and then they blocked all accounts... E8 Funding didn't even inform the traders, that we can't trade. How is this possible, that a company doesn't send out a general infomail... And above all of this, we all been left alone with no personal support due to questions about the challenge and extensions due to the circumstances. Only automated messages, with no clear answers.

Let me begin by saying I highly do not recommend this firm. I will explain why. I chose this firm as it had highly attractive conditions, fairly priced challenges, 0 minimum trading days, account balance doesn't reset after withdrawal, etc. But if it seems too good to be true it probably is and in my case it was. I purchased a 100k challenge and reached the funded stage. I had made three payouts in a row which E8 did honour them (probably because they were fairly small) After amassing some capital, I decided to purchase more challenges and obtain max capital allocation allowed by E8 which I reached to the funded stage. With my max capital allocation, I had reached an over 71k USD profit split with my accounts which was one of my greatest achievement in trading since I had committed to trading full-time. However, when I decided to withdraw - there was unusual delay. For three weeks, I had tried to contact E8 about what is happening but had zero response or communication in return. I had even offered to assist if there are any issues. After approximately three weeks, I had received a message that E8 has concluded an investigation that I was allegedly linked to a hedging group that had hedged trades on E8 platform. There is completely zero truth to this and I have not in any way, shape or form cooperated with anyone or hedged trades. All trades are my own. They said that they will be suspending me access to my platform and only offering me 20% of my owed remuneration (why would they offer me anything if they knew I was guilty?) When I asked for how they based their conclusion they provided me with a simple screenshot of a log of another trader on their platform placing a similar trade in the opposite direction (the time of trade, price, and lot size WERE NOT EVEN THE SAME). I counter-argued that aside from being a prop-firm they also act as a broker. And in order for trades to occur, you need someone on the opposite side of the trade in order for the transaction to occur - and as E8 increases its client base - its inevitable that such occurrences will happen on their platform. Their response was that they apparently have "data" and experience to believe that this is not a coincidence. When I asked what data? They left me on seen and refused to reply after. I had pleaded numerous times with them after to try and resolve this diplomatically as I was innocent of their allegation and I would like to have received my full remuneration but they had left me on seen and refused to communicate with me. I had considered legal action, but as a small-time trader based in Australia - pursuing a company in Texas would cost a lot of time and money - more than I can afford at this time. Even if I wanted to sue, I had done research on E8 Funding LLC and had found that they have had their "Right to Transact Business" revoked in Texas - meaning they are not allowed to conduct business or get into contracts (which they are actively doing) and that they cannot sue or be sued. I had decided to accept the 20% however I am highly frustrated and disappointed as they have falsely accused me of something I didn't do and deprived me of my biggest achievement yet. If you are looking to make significant profits, DO NOT take E8 evaluations as once you reach those big payouts they will make any excuse they can to protect their revenue and refuse you your payout as it is very likely their business model relies on traders losing evaluations rather than copying the trades of successful traders to the real markets.

In 8 days I made $5020, as soon as I made the request for payment, E8 told me that I had a period. 1. E8 tells me that I connected to my account in several countries: I explained that I travel a lot and that this was not prohibited 2. E8 tells me that during phase 2 I hedged which is totally wrong. Moreover, when I validated phase 2, E8 checked my trades and confirmed the regularity before delivering me the live account In order not to pay me the $4016, E8 offered to pay me $2450 and an Evaluation account to take over, which I accepted. I was supposed to have a 4th consecutive payout when I was contacted for their suspicion of having similar trade as someone else. Not only was the entry and close time different but also the lot size. When I told them that the this must be a coincidence and why dont they check my other trades whether there are any matches with the said person or other past trades on more than 15 accounts I have had with them, they simply ignored me. My account with payout was terminated!!!
