Making the account is easy which is a plus. Accessing the trading software is easy. They provide news article releases which is nice. However the core issue in my experience is the gold spreads they offer are very poor. I paid the commission to have tighter spreads on Gold and with commission based spreads it was still a spread of 18-25! During peak trading on New York? By comparison my Oanda account yielded spreads of 3-5 on Gold. On EURO/USD they do take the spread from a 4-5 to 1-2. If your trading metals this firm is a waste of time. You already making a loss with such high spreads on Gold, so adding on fee's that do nothing to tighten spread just means you barely make any profit. In addition you have to add in any typical losses on trades you would make. However I assume it's done this way to ensure you fail. I mean the whole point of the tighter spread is to increase profits, so if they aren't delivering on that then your essentially just getting charged a fee for nothing. If you stick with currency pairs and are selective on trades then it may not be a big issue. Just my 2 cents.

Slippage was horrible for NASDAQ Index. The days were volatile (around 12 feb 2025), but the exact same positions in The5Ers and FXIFY got way less slippage (I'm using my own EA). EDDITED --> They offered me the option to review again the platform by giving me another chance for free. EDITED AGAIN --> Appreciated very much & good that E8 gave me the opportunity to try again for free the same challenge after I placed a 1 star , so i change it to 2..... BUT a service/company is not only rated for how kind they are, also by how good it is the technical tool ..: So after testing again, I can confirm that the data feed they use is not good. It is either more synthetic either with less ticks and liquidity or market maker, but basically, on events when the volatility increase and slippage increases, E8 markets multiplies it. Example of slippage of same trade today 21/05/2025 on several brokers/prop firms for Nasdaq (2 decimals): Broker: IC markets slippage: 744 EA points Broker: Fusion Markets slippage: 408 EA points Prop firm: FXIFY: 862 EA points Prop firm: The5ers: 987 EA points Prop firm: E8Markets: 2797 EA points !!!! Basically scalping in E8 markets is not possible. If you are going to swing trade or do slow scalping, maybe fine, but if you doing tight scalping with an EA, then it is just not feasible with E8 markets, at least for NASDAQ index. Time Position Symbol Type Volume Price S / L T / P Time Price Commission Swap Profit 2025.05.21 17:01:44 12673002 NSDQ.c buy 9.39 21 359.57 21 246.39 21 651.12 2025.05.21 17:02:00 21 316.95 - 56.34 0.00 -2 001.01 Sum up: Data feed from E8 markets is very bad for scalping Nasdaq. Slippage becomes astronomical if the volatility is high or liquidity is not the best. So if you intend on scalping nasdaq, move somewhere else.

E8 likes it so it gives it to Vietnam, then opens it, then bans it, then opens it again... , I don't need you, if you want to ban it then ban it, don't do whatever you like, you don't respect customers when you unilaterally make such decisions, similar to other Scam funds

I will list some pros & cons that I experienced trading with E8 (I hope they take this as constructive criticism & improve). Pros: 1. Established in 2021, proves stability. 2. The CEO knows how to handle a business. 3. Website UI & Management is appealing. 4. No significant slippage. Cons: 1. Mandatory consistency rule in the name of "On-demand payout". 2. Challenge prices are one of the most expensive in the industry. 3. 10% DD & 8% target missing in 2 step like the industry standard. 4. Spreads are horrible in both Commissions & Tight Spread accounts. 5. They keep changing the restricted countries & change rules often lately, looks shady.

I have been with E8 markets for a few months now. I think the quality of the product they offer is good. However I don't think they have fair practices (may be common to the industry). I had a trade that was stop lossed out. This was a long position with the stop set a BE. During market turnover I was taken out with significant slippage. I understand that slippage is a market characteristic and accept that risk but in this situation i was taken out at BE (1.04743). "Slippage" occurred and the average exit price was 1.04694. My issue is that the lowest price a candle printed during the rollover time was 1.0743 which should have triggered my SL taking me out of the trade. However, as mentioned, my trades closed at 1.04694, a price that never had a bid. After bringing this up to support they just said. "We recommend you don't trade during market rollover due to risk of slippage". I honestly don't think they tried, or cared to understand the situation and just hid behind the "magic" of market characteristic because it's a favorable positions for them. Understand this when planning to use this service.
