I opened an E8 100k account one month ago. I completed my challenge with good risk management. I made a withdrawal request 10 days ago but have not received the fee or the withdrawal yet. I made the request via RisePay. The company says the payment is in process, but no one has clarified the withdrawal. Please beware of this company.

Do not write off the 1-star reviews here, they are very much true and I learnt the hard way unfortunately. This company is very shady and will ban you for a made up reason. I've traded with numerous prop firms and have never once had a problem with them, been paid out lots of times with no issues. All of a sudden I decide to try E8 out and right from the start I get my funded account terminated. I passed their challenge, answered some questions the "risk department" wanted. They stopped responding, finally got back to me days later after multiple emails trying to follow up with them and creating discord support tickets. They get back to me and say they are terminating my account due to "account management" prohibited practices. They falsely accused me of managing someone else's account within their firm. They provided a cropped picture of an excel spreadsheet as "proof" typed out with my IP addresses and the apparent user I was managing. But the user they linked to me, the IP addresses didn't even match. They go on and say that the CID number matches which is their "device" codes. Saying I logged into this users account on my device, thing is, I have my account logged in on my phone and on my computer. So there should be 2 devices there, they only had one (made up bs anyways). So if I had of logged into this users account, my IP address should be there as well. It wasn't. I kept asking them to send me the proof of the users metaquotes MT5 account logs of the IP addresses used on that MT5 account, showing my IP address on it. They refused and ignored all my requests for further proof. An excel spreadsheet with typed up numbers anyone can do is not "proof". Proof is seeing official metaquotes account statements and IP log history. They couldn't provide any of that because they made it all up so they could terminate my newly funded account. These guys are a bunch of shady scums, and my experience with being falsely accused of "account management" I'm now seeing is the exact identical accusations they use on other traders to terminate their account for no reason. So many people have this exact same or similar experience, this company should be blasted for their dishonesty. I'm curious how many of these 5-star reviews are paid for and fake. Save the headache and stress and go with a properly run firm like FTMO. ********************************** Update #2 April 19th, 2024: One week after they replied to this review and I sent them all info they asked for, they have not followed up. ********************************** Update #1 April 14th, 2024: After posting this review, E8 has asked me for my account number via the reply to this review to look further into the situation. They have been given the info they need. Will it change the situation? Likely not, as they've already had a week to review it by multiple "staff and managers, even the owner Dylan was aware of this and they did not choose to address the problem, only continued to accuse me of "account management" without providing any proper proof.
