Hello everyone, I bought a challenge with this e8 funding company when I took a winning ticket with some gancias that would reach my tp. I would pass the first phase because the ticket reached the tp but the account was restarted without profits or losses. You are already warned if you buy or not !!!

I recently had a frustrating experience with E8 Prop Firm that left me quite disappointed. I had an issue where my trading positions were closed two days in a row because of exceeding the daily limit. On the first day, out of four open positions, only two were closed, leading me to believe I could keep the remaining positions. However, these positions were closed the next day, again citing a daily limit breach. This seems unfair, as E8 Prop Firm effectively used my unclosed positions over two days to justify their actions. When I contacted customer service for clarification, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. The initial reply was a simple "How so?"—not the kind of assistance I expected for a significant issue. After explaining my situation, I received another unhelpful response: "We have already explained." This attitude showed a lack of professionalism and willingness to resolve my problem. It was clear that the customer service team was more focused on defending the firm rather than genuinely helping me understand the situation or addressing my concerns. This experience reflects poorly on E8 Prop Firm, as it suggests they don't prioritize customer satisfaction or effective communication. Overall, my experience with E8 Prop Firm was disappointing. The inconsistency in their trading policies and the unprofessional approach of their customer service make me hesitant to recommend this firm. Traders deserve better support and transparency, and unfortunately, E8 Prop Firm fell short in these areas. Update: Although they responded to my initial comment, the issue has not been resolved. Additionally, they have not sent any emails explaining how they plan to address my problem.

Spreads are horrible on accounts after you pass the challenge, They slip me 98 pips for the same instrument, whereas I consistently get 20 pips slippage on Maven. I hope they can fix this issue for traders who pass the challenge. On my challenge, I paid extra for zero commissions and no swaps.

They have trialling Drawdown and they didn’t mention it anywhere i lost my 10k account because of that. They told me to relay on current initial drawdown but they closed my account based on trialling drawdown very disappointing propfirm. Also i asked a moderator about this he told me to relay on current maximum drawdown I never touch maximum drawdown on current maximum drawdown i have prof of that.

They took my account blocked me from services. They didn’t even refund me back. Bought my 1st account with e8 few days ago been trading with FTMO since 2017. Had trust issues after funding talent. Someone recommended e8 to me.

I bought the 400K 3 step evaluation as I like big account. Passed phase 1 in 2 days.
They gave my 2nd account then I lost few thousand but I recovered it the next day. After recover 32k taking my account back to 400K plus after the recovery I opened a trade later 
I went on to modify my trade and it froze nothing was happening

I messaged e8 support and my message was completely ignored. I went back on mt5 and see extra trades on there I then realise every time I clicked modify a trade was opening. 

Few times this happened then they tried to say I clicked on sell or buy on modify page but I use a iOS on modify page I only have modify tab nothing else.

I kept repeating same again and again Martin couldn’t understand over 24 hours later he sent me a video showing there is a tab to sell or buy on modify. I then sent a video back showing on iOS there isn’t a tab. If e8 doesn’t sort the account or refund then l be getting my money back from the bank. Chargeback.

* multiple trades opening
* when go back on mt5 after frozen market moves so fast like it’s trying to catch the current market
Took my account in massive losses

They disappear for good 15 hours after 1 reply which is ridiculous. Market runs 24/5 and if trading crypto then 24/7 they don’t have support. If there’s an issue in Asia market your account is gone forever and they won’t compensate as no one was there to sort the issue out.

Plus they stopped replying back to my messages. I thought they are not online but I sent a message on discord to ask if anyone has had a reply in last 2/3 hours and few people direct messages me. Told me they have received a reply. I’m literally being ignored.

1st account and last with this firm stick to FTMO invest your money in safe place. No one can beat FTMO. They did compensate but not full what was lost. Will leave review again in next 24 hours for this weeks experience with e8 as problems continued and 2nd review will be with links for the images I’ve screenshotted from charts chats journal etc etc
