Don't use this prop firm they are gonna steal you I just passed my challenge and then they send me a picture of my friend who lives with me saying there's another person in charge of your account the the picture is taking from side they use our camera without permission to stole picture that's not even private don't do business with this company they are trash. I was really hard for me to passed 2 months doing my best and then they just refused to open my account because they know I'm gonna be a profitable trader they are thief's stay away

Unfair Accusations and Zero Accountability

I had a deeply frustrating experience with E8 Markets. My accounts were banned over accusations of account management, despite my repeated assurances and proof that my trades were entirely my own. The only possible overlap could have been with my wife's account (she is also a trader), as we share the same IP address since we live together. I had explicitly clarified this with their support team beforehand, and they assured me this was acceptable as long as our trades didn’t overlap—which they didn’t. When I requested a detailed review and evidence of their claims, they were unable to provide ANY proof to back up their accusations. Imagine being blindsided, accused of something you didn’t do, and having all your accounts shut down without warning! As a result, I lost two funded accounts as well as some ongoing challenges, which has been extremely upsetting. My advice? STOP PURCHASING CHALLENGES with them immediately! After multiple attempts to follow up and resolve the matter, they simply stopped replying. In the end, they had ZERO evidence to support their claims against me. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, especially from a company that markets itself as trader-friendly. For anyone considering E8 Markets, beware of their inconsistent enforcement of policies and their poor customer support. Trust is critical in trading, and sadly, E8 Markets has failed to uphold it.

I thought E8 was honest...

They banned me for stealing someone's identity? I was really a big fan of this prop firm. But not so much anymore. They have falsely accused me of stealing someones identity & are no longer allowing me to purchase new challenges with them. I don't even know how to steal someone's identity. I've reached out to their support multiple times and they are completely unhelpful & give no explanation, nor look the case. I feel like I've been conned with no explanation. Maybe they secretly wanted me banned because I was a profitable trader? I thought these guys were honest... no longer believe that. *Update* They said I stole a females identity... My wife is a customer too & no I did NOT steal her identity. She willingly signed up to be a customer.

Unrealistic slippage

I entered a limit sell order at around 2756 but the price I got filled was 2751. It won't happen in the actual CFD market with this absurd slippage.
