My experience with E8 Markets has been a complete disappointment and a clear example of deceptive business practices. I registered on the platform without knowing that my country (Venezuela) was restricted, as this was never communicated to me during the registration process or in their terms and conditions. After depositing funds and purchasing challenges, I found out my country is on the restricted list, but the worst part came when I tried to find a solution. Although I was told that no refunds are given for failing a challenge, the situation became even more unfair when I was informed that there is no guarantee that payouts would be processed if I passed any challenges. This puts traders from restricted countries in a completely vulnerable position and makes it nearly impossible to trade with peace of mind. What’s most infuriating is the lack of transparency: I was not adequately warned about the restrictions on my country, and after making significant deposits, I now find myself trapped on a platform that refuses to take responsibility for its shortcomings. These types of practices make me feel completely scammed. The platform allows users from restricted countries to deposit and trade without clear warnings, only to later change the rules and strip traders of their funds or their right to receive payouts. The worst part is they show no interest in resolving the situation or providing fair compensation. I would not recommend E8 Markets at all if you are looking for a trustworthy platform to trade. Their lack of ethics and the way they handle restrictions is simply unacceptable.

I contacted them, and they assured me there were no conditions. However, in the end, I was excluded because my country is not supported, even though they confirmed to me that there were no conditions. They are only looking for engagement.

Terrible...I requested payout and they paused my account from trading and it takes forever to unpause the account. Customer care is terrible and its hard to reach. There's no on-demand pay and there's no transparency. I would stay away from this Prop firm

First, E8 accepted a KYC verification then suddenly banned the country that we lived in. Is this some BS where you just collected our data for your advantageous? Horrible!
