Terrible follow up after signing up

Terrible follow up after signing up. No instructions on what to do to trade. I had to email to get help and I'm still going back and forth. Not a good first experience and I already want a refund.

Customer services never help

The company has very high fee which we decide to pay, Has very bad customer services the live chat could never help you, and it come to payout they have 80%,90%100%, but the risk management is they when do payout they what payment % is really going to be if they is 20% they will send that and never reply by email got really disappointed with e8 market.

Extremely poor spreads on XAU/USD pair…

Extremely poor spreads on XAU/USD pair and WTI with RAW/Commission accounts. You pay approx. $6/lot in comissions to receive 0.40-0.45 spread which is ridiculous. The execution speeds are poor as well.
