Today I received my first payout. They paid 80% of my profit. Also, they return my account fee which I paid while buying the account. Bad side: -Customer support is slow sometimes. -It is not live 5days 24 hours, instead, they are answering in business hours. (Maybe whatsapp option would be good). Neutral side: -Eur/USD spread looks 1.0 pips on MT4 but when you open the position it always slip around 0.3-0.4 pips. 1 pip is not realistic, 1.6 pips is normal. So I don't think this is a problem. -Swap and comission are too low, I don't care about it. Good Side: -I got my first payout. -They return you your first payment when you buy an account if you are successful in the process. -MT4 is working well (except one time there was a problem in the openning of markets on monday, and they fixed the problem). Overall, I will continue with E8. If there will be any changes in my idea, I can rate it again.

Just signed up with E8 - I'll keep this updated as things progress. Pros: - Customer service seems very good. I had an issue with Phase 2 which support team immediately rectified to my satisfaction. Quite impressed with how the problem was resolved, thank you team. Cons: - commissions are on the high side, and are charged on execution (i.e. entry and exit - so you need to factor this in when TP'ing during evaluation) - liquidity isn't the best on some pairs (ETHUSD for example) Will continue to update as I hopefully move to funding.
