I just simply have to say that support really helped me sort out the issue I had. I was honestly touched and surprised that this happened, but it did. I unfortunately was not informed of a specific rule/knowledge and that caused me to lose money. On my surprise after discussing with support they agreed to reimburse this and return that trade. This was on challenge phase, but it is definitely promising. I still have not had a chance to experience payout process, but hopefully that will change soon.
