I have been trying to pass the evaluation phase in e8 for the last few months. Even though I am still not succeeding, I find the client support to be very helpful. Today I was helped by Andrew, but their whole client support team is very quick and helpful. I have had many questions regarding the system and all kinds of questions, and they patiently answered all of them. There were also problems with the trading server, and they took responsibility for it and gave me some time extension to my evaluation account because my trading was disrupted for half a day. I have had some experiences with several prop trading firms, and there were many firms that haven't replied to my questions at all even though I am asking as a prospective customer. But at e8, since the beginning, I got responses to all my questions and problems. Let's hope that I can pass the evaluation phase and I can write more review regarding my funded experience with e8 later.
