I didn't receive my account after participating in the New Year's giveaway earlier, and a few days ago, the company contacted me to resolve this issue (better late than never +REP). I also want to mention Andrew from E8 Markets, who personally reached out to me and resolved the problem, as well as the fact that I was given an account with 10,000 instead of 5,000 (a nice bonus).
