I want to take a moment to share my recent experience with Martin from E8Markets, who went above and beyond to address my concerns and help resolve a recent issue I had. His dedication not only resolved the matter but also restored my confidence in E8Markets as a top-tier prop firm. I've always considered E8Markets to be an exceptional company in the prop firm space. I’ve received payouts without any issues and found their customer service to be outstanding. Recently, however, I breached two of my accounts due to hitting the daily drawdown limit. At the time, I mistakenly believed the issue was on their end, and in frustration, I walked away from E8 without giving them a proper chance to assist. To my surprise, Martin personally reached out to ask how he could help. He took the time to thoroughly explain what happened, providing me with a detailed breakdown of the violation on one of my accounts. What truly stood out was that, to clear up any doubts and as a gesture of goodwill for being a long-time client, E8 reinstated one of my accounts. This was completely unexpected and showed a level of care and integrity that is rare in this industry. Let me be clear: they never asked me or to write this review.
