I want to share my experience with E8 Markets regarding their recent promotion. The promotion clearly states: "If your account fails before a successful payout, you can use one free reset." Based on this wording, I understood that the reset would apply at any stage before a payout, including the challenge phase. However, after failing my challenge account, I was informed by support that the free reset only applies to the Performance (funded) stage, and not the challenge. This limitation was not clearly mentioned in the main promotion and was only explained later via a separate article.
