Stay well from this prop firm. SCAMMERS I bought a 500k E8 One evaluation with the maximum drawdown which is 14% @ a cost of almost 3400usd. I passed my evaluation in 4 days. After 2 days of waiting for a live simulated account I contacted them asking what is going on. They informed me the risk assessment team had contact me via email which Ofcourse did not happen. Back and forth I asked them to resend the email. It states that one sided trading is now allowed(meaning if I make a buy order on a particular market I am not allowed to make another buy order for an hour. If I make 1% loss on a buy order I am allowed to put a sell order on the same market. I traded following their rules and made 28181 usd in 3 days also adhering to the 40% best day rule and also having my eligible withdrawal more than 50% of my allocated drawdown(drawdown was 46000usd so payout must be greater than 23000usd). The risk team said I had a breach an only agreed to pay me 20% of the 28181usd. As this was my first payout I agreed. They agreed to pay me 5636.20usd through rise. They now say riseworks is rejecting the payment. Riseworks say there is not an issue. The other payment method is Work Market. I set up a work market account and informed support. I am continuously being ignored as it’s time to pay me out. Stay Away from this prop firm. SCAMMERS

I think the prop firm rules are great although I will say if the platform would email a more distinct dashboard link, it would be a lot more helpful and less hassle to access dashboard

Pathetic..you are scammers..you block the liquidation at 3% which is bullshit..you need to allow atleast 10%..trading is not possible at 3%..you are practically ripping off people.

I had a very negative experience with E8 Markets. I funded my account but was unable to complete KYC verification because of my Ukrainian citizenship, even though I legally reside in the Czech Republic and can provide proof of that. With other services and prop firms, this isn’t an issue—they do manual verification and take place of residence into account. Here, however, they’re demanding documents I physically don’t have and refuse to be accommodating. Okay, they can’t verify me manually, but the most interesting part is that they also don’t want to refund my funds. First, they cite AML regulations and say they can’t return the cryptocurrency. Yet they readily accept cryptocurrency and make payments in cryptocurrency. There’s absolutely no logic to this. I suggested returning the money to a bank account—they refused that too. The situation boils down to the following: - They accepted the moneyВ - they did not provide the service - they refused to issue a refund To me, this looks like extremely unethical behavior on the part of the company and a blatant attempt to deceive its customers. I’d also like to mention customer support. After several messages and an escalation to a “senior manager,” they simply stopped responding to me. Complete silence for weeks. Personally, I got the distinct impression that if any problem arises, the company will simply look for a reason not to resolve anything—neither refunds nor payments. The company is solely focused on taking your money. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.
