A good platform for those with more patience than I have. Been trying to get in contact with them. They say they usually respond in 10min but left waiting for 6 hours. I had to loop hole it and open a new support ticket and magically they responded in less than a minute. The evaluation approval process seems unnecessary since they claim there are no trading practices you can’t do.

Greta customer Service. Ric was great in answering all the questions and trouble shooting.. although I’m havei g hard time with the app being a little slow, nonetheless customer service was phenomenal in response and inquiries.

All in all, Breakout really impresses me. No bs product w/ a no bs attitude.. just how a trader would want it. Payouts are fast and the split is killer. The team is responsive to support questions. 4 stars because: The charting product could use some attention (TrendSpider collab, maybe??) and documentation is v difficult to read. Fix this and you have a grand slam. It's a home run already, though.

Breakout Prop firm is by far one of the best prop firms in the crypto industry. What sets them apart in my view is the dedicated traders behind the project and the support team that is always on standby to lend a hand. I recommend them any potential traders!

Support was great, they were quick to respond when I reached out to them and go to work on the issue right away. It did take awhile for the issue to be resolved, but I was kept in the loop the whole time and I understand sometimes it takes awhile for an issue to be resolved. Erich was really great at replying and making sure any issues I had were addressed.
