Team is on point! I just dealt with Ric in customer support and have had some past dealings with Byron, Erich, and I think Phil. They are always fair. It is the only prop account that I will trade now. Others seem shady and dont like to do payouts. I have never had a problem getting my money from Breakout. Update: I will leave the above because at the time I felt that way. Recently had and interaction where I felt like I was right and they felt they were right. Either way I argued my side unsuccessfully. Was willing to give one more chance but they banned me from their platform. Seems like if you play this game give 10% buffer due to fees and execution. Also, don't argue your case to vigorously or you will end up like me.

I’m giving this 2 stars strictly because the mobile app performance on iOS is unacceptable. The lag and buffering make it nearly impossible to execute trades reliably, especially when opening a contract — which can cause you to miss critical entries. It throws off the entire trading flow. The prop firm itself is solid and has great potential, which is why this rating isn’t lower. But the app seriously needs attention. Referring users to the FAQ isn’t a solution when the core issue is app responsiveness. I hope the team takes this seriously — fixing the mobile experience would make a huge difference.

Breakout is by far the best crypto prop firm available. Zero payout denials, no bs minimum trading days, no anti gambling rules and you can get funded and withdraw profits on the very same day. Their CS has been amazing and their weekly Q&As hosted by Mayne are really helpful. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars (yet) is because their platform could see some improvement as it has been a bit laggy with couple bugs in the past, but once this gets improved I am instantly changing to 5 stars. After being a loyal client for a long time, I can no longer recommend Breakout. While their daily payouts remain their only saving grace, the platform has become a shell of its former self. The "Shameful" New Reality: Exorbitant Fees: They have hiked trading fees to a staggering 0.04%. This is, to my knowledge, the highest fee in the entire prop firm industry. It is a blatant "hidden tax" on profitable traders. Draconian Restrictions: They have gutted their asset list. There is almost zero freedom in what you can trade now, and for the few altcoins left, they offer a pitiful 2x leverage. In an industry where 20x+ is the standard, 2x is an insult to professional traders. The "Maintenance" Loop: The platform goes under "maintenance" almost every single weekend. They claim to allow weekend trading, but you can rarely actually execute. Worse yet, despite these constant shutdowns, nothing ever improves. Stagnant Tech: The trading terminal remains garbage. It is laggy and full of bugs. I waited a year for promised improvements that never came. Final Verdict: Breakout used to be miles ahead of the competition. Now, they are lagging behind with the highest fees, the worst leverage, and a platform that feels like it’s held together by tape. Don't let the "daily payouts" lure you into a platform that makes it mathematically harder for you to stay profitable. Look elsewhere.
