Fantastic customer service for a small company, transparant trading rules and no bs behind the scenes reviews or breaches for made up rules. Any errors in the system is met with fair review and swiftly resolved. I have had accounts retroactively unbreached without my request when they have reviewed the system. 24hr payout is a gamechanger, no waiting for 2 weeks to breach your account. Submitted withdrawal and approved in 6 minutes, 1 hour later payment was in my account. I have had multiple payments same day processed with 0 issues. Needs some UI overhaul and some ease of access changes for the mobile app but for the first year as a company they give exceeded all my expectations.
