I held multiple funded accounts with Apex Trader Funding, including: PA-APEX-250257-35 to 44, and PA-APEX-250257-46, 45, 02, 04, 06, 08, 09, and 10. Following a withdrawal request, these accounts were deactivated, and I am currently unable to access them or withdraw any associated profits. I have contacted support and requested clarification. To date, I have not received a detailed explanation identifying the specific rule(s) allegedly violated, nor any supporting evidence such as trade records, timestamps, or account activity logs. For transparency and fairness, I formally request: The exact rule(s) relied upon for the account terminations The specific trades or actions that constitute the alleged breach Confirmation of the status of my profits and whether they are being withheld, and on what basis Without this information, it is not possible to independently verify or understand the justification for these actions. I joined Apex Trader Funding expecting a professional and transparent environment, but my experience has been the opposite. After paying fees, investing time, and following the rules, multiple funded accounts were suddenly restricted/suspended without any meaningful explanation. Some accounts had already built profits and were positioned for additional payouts, while others were simply operating normally. Instead of clear communication, I received delays, vague responses, or no answers at all. What is most concerning is the imbalance of power in this model: traders assume all the risk upfront through fees, time, and performance pressure, yet the company can take severe actions against accounts without providing detailed evidence, a proper review process, or timely support. That creates the impression that successful traders can be penalized arbitrarily whenever payouts become relevant. Trust is everything in this industry. If traders cannot rely on consistent enforcement of rules or transparent treatment, the entire relationship breaks down. Apex urgently needs to improve by: * Giving specific written reasons for restrictions or suspensions * Providing evidence when alleging rule violations * Creating a fair appeal process * Responding to traders in a timely manner * Applying standards consistently to all users My experience left me feeling that the system benefits the company far more than the trader, especially when profits are involved. I cannot recommend them based on how this was handled.
