My rithmic account wouldn't allow me to log in and I couldn't close my positions on ninja trader. My max run up was over a 10%. 50k account, made 3K on the day from 52,500 to 55,500. but couldnt close my position and it " trailed to my max drawdown of -2,000" at 53,000. meaning my position fell all the way back to literally the mark to PASS THE CHALLENGE. They read it as a fail. absolute joke these guys. Hi Jerome, Thank you for reaching out to us. Your account reached an Unrealized Peak Balance of $55,133, which set your Trailing Drawdown limit at $53,000. The system automatically liquidates the account as soon as the unrealized balance drops below that limit. Sometimes, there can be a small delay between the time your account balance goes below the liquidation threshold and when the account is liquidated. Even if it later moves back, crossing the threshold still triggers liquidation. Its a wonderful journey with apex of mine as ut was my first futures prop firm.....bcz of some rules...I faced difficult at first but after showing consistency and following my plan every day i finally get into first payout..........first futures acc pass and get into payout stages in first attempt ....yeah.....but consider apex if you are a intermediate or advanced... I don't think beginners should try..bcz its not easy especially on legacy accounts....
