Have passed several challenges, brought two 25k accounts to payout status, and received payouts as requested. Apex has a very clear summary of your progress towards payout in the form of a chart. Will definitely continue with this firm! I used a copy trader in Tradingview as the Tradovate group trading option just isn't a good fit for me.

Best experience with a prop firm so far. The platform is easy to use. The terms are reasonable. Payouts approved like clockwork.

15 business days after approval still waiting on payout approved on 4/22. Support did respond one week later with this: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing your account, I see that your approved payout from 4/22 for $1000 was not sent out. I have instructed our finance team to get this payment sent out to you. At this time, we are unable to provide an ETA on when this will be sent as this requires manual intervention. However, rest assured the payment will be sent. Your patience is appreciated in this process. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of this response for it to hit your bank. If you have not received your payment by business day 11, please feel free to reach back out to us." Will update when received.
