I am writing this review as a last resort after 3 weeks of total silence from the support and compliance team. I currently have two payouts that were denied and two that have been 'Under Review' for 21 days. I have already submitted the required trading videos as requested, and I have sent multiple follow-up messages to my open ticket (#1368270), but I have received zero communication or status updates. I have followed all trading rules and met all prerequisites for these payouts. At this point, the lack of transparency and the 3-week delay are unacceptable. I am looking for a manual review of my submitted videos and a clear update on the status of my remaining two payout requests. Please look into Ticket#1368270 immediately.
