Long Support Response I tried created a new account because I did not have email access to old account. Duplicate account warning even after verifying. I asked for assistance with reclaiming account. It took weeks to here back. They updated email address. I reset PW. No big deal. I purchased an eval and then the next day could not log in and my account synced to the new email was not found. Not to mention trying to get my info for the eval account is a nightmare. So what did I pay for?

Very disturbed about the trailing buy downs and couple wouldn’t bet with the moving average. Just not a fair system have blown 30 accounts in three months.
