My experience with Apex Trader Funding changed significantly once I became consistently profitable. After several successful payouts through my company account, I was contacted by the compliance department and asked to provide detailed information about my trading strategy. At the same time, I was suddenly no longer able to purchase new accounts. Although I submitted all requested documentation in full, I never received any response, even after multiple follow-ups. As a result, my company account became effectively unusable. I then opened a private account, traded profitably again, and received payouts, until the same pattern repeated. New evaluations were blocked, support initially responded vaguely, and eventually communication stopped entirely. At no point was any specific rule violation communicated to me. Instead, my access was gradually restricted without any transparent explanation. This lack of transparency, especially after consistent profitability, raises serious concerns about how successful traders are treated.

I’ve had a good experience with the platform itself, which is why this isn’t a 1-star review, but the payout support has been extremely disappointing. My payout request has now been pending for over 16 business days and still has not even been reviewed, despite Apex advertising much faster payout times. I have already opened 3 support tickets, commented on multiple posts, and sent messages on Instagram, yet I have received no response or update. What makes this even more frustrating is that this delay has now prevented me from applying for my next payout, which is directly impacting my ability to access funds I’ve earned. At this point, the lack of communication is the most frustrating part. I simply want transparency and a clear update on when my payout will be reviewed. UPDATE: I’m honestly beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed. After waiting 16 days with no review, the moment my account dipped below the threshold it was instantly reviewed and denied. It’s hard not to feel like the delay was intentional, and it’s really shaken my trust in the platform. Had this been reviewed within the timeframe you advertise, I would have been eligible.
