What I really like about Apex is how their rules actually push you toward consistency instead of greed. The two main rules on Performance Accounts — the requirement to have at least 5 days with $250+ profit, and the 50% consistency rule — completely change the way you approach trading. Instead of chasing big wins or trying to make as much as possible in one day, it naturally encourages you to stay disciplined and aim for steady, repeatable results. For me, this is a huge advantage. It removes the pressure to overtrade or take unnecessary risks. It makes much more sense to consistently make $250–300 per day than to look for big spikes that don’t really help long-term. I also just received my first payout, and everything went smoothly. The whole process was clear, fast, and exactly as expected. Overall, I’m very satisfied and genuinely enjoy working with Apex.

I've been a Legacy PA account holder for two years now and have been paid out on numerous occasions. However, most recently have now experienced back-to-back payout failures on the same account. Payout #1 was denied despite meeting every single eligibility criterion — account active, 8 trading days completed, 5 days with $50+ profit, consistency rule satisfied, minimum balance met. No valid explanation was provided. I requalified, traded another 8 days, met all criteria again, and submitted Payout #2 towards the end of March. It has now been sitting "Under Review" for nearly 3 weeks. My Apex dashboard shows all green checkmarks across every eligibility rule. I have two open support tickets — both unanswered. I've sent emails. I've tried all avenues. Nothing. Apex advertises a 2 business day review window. I am now at nearly 3 weeks with zero communication, zero explanation, and zero resolution. Apex — I am requesting a direct response and immediate resolution.
