It took nearly a month to approve a second payout request after denying the first one without an explanation. It’s been over a week and the money has not hit my account yet. Since then I have traded for eight days profiting for five of those days, no violations, followed all guidelines/rules and it says I’m not eligible for a payout. 0/10
