After a brief disagreement, support helped in the way in which I asked. I appreciate the disagreement, as I was asking them to override an account lock that I implemented. I understand their refusal to do so at first, as it was to protect me. However, my circumstances for needing the unlock was so that I could lose money and meet the consistency rule, not so that I could chase further profits. Support researched it and made a proper decision. Great job on their part 👍
