2 weeks review.
I have been with this firm now for a couple of weeks, daily pay-outs did catch my attention. In the space of two weeks I have failed an evaluation, passed one and taken a couple of pay outs. The system is designed very well. There have been 2 instances where Tradovate has gone down, both times resulting in me taking a loss. I opened a support ticket the first time, no one got back to me, however, within the same day, the balance was returned to my account so therefore support ticket wasn't needed. Second time round I didn't open a support ticket, and once again, within the same day, the balance was returned to my account ( this one was a pay out balance that I had lost due to a Tradovate error ) by the end of the day the balance was returned and I was able to request my pay out. I also didn't verify my KYC before pay out and this caused some delays, Tradify will not prompt you to do your KYC until you request a pay out, so make sure to do so before hand to not slow down the process. My KYC wasn't confirmed instantly, it took longer than I would have liked, I opened a ticket and no one got back to me, but the next day the problem was rectified. I'm not too sure how Tradify manage their ticket responses but they seem to have dealt with all my problems without any communication, which I am a fan off, its proactive and shows they are very on point with what they do. From getting funded to getting paid, overall experience has been really good, one of the few prop firms that has an honest trust pilot rating, and are leading the way for daily pay outs in the simulated environment.
