I am writing this to warn others about a massive privacy issue with FundedNext. Shortly after signing up with them, I received a highly targeted scam email. The email was so convincing because it specifically knew I was a FundedNext user.Unfortunately, the phishing link in that email led me to input my Rise password, resulting in my account getting compromised. It is completely obvious that FundedNext sold, leaked, or failed to secure my personal data and platform usage information.Their lack of data security directly enabled scammers to target me. If you value your digital security and your payouts, stay far away from this company. They do not protect your information.

Before purchasing a new challenge, I contacted their support (Jason Clark) to specifically ask if I could use the same mobile device I used for a previous account. The agent explicitly confirmed: "Yes, in this case, you can do that." ​Relying on this official confirmation, I purchased the account and passed the challenge. However, they later closed my account citing "multiple accounts on one device." When I provided proof of their own support's approval, they simply ignored it and refused to reactivate my account or offer a refund. ​This is a classic "bait and switch." They confirm rules are fine to get your money, then ban you for the exact same reason later. I have the screenshots of the chat with their agent confirming it was okay. I paid via Binance, so they know they are safe from chargebacks, but they are not safe from the truth. ​Think twice before trusting their support or investing your money with them.
