I didn't encounter any issues that required customer service, it is currently going good. The email i received about updates and motivation are quite good. Keep that up.
FundedNext Futures is a CME futures prop firm launched in 2025, operating under the FundedNext brand (founded 2022), which has paid out over $300 million to traders across its CFD and Futures programs. Their Futures division's three main challenge paths are Legacy, Rapid, and Bolt. Each has different consistency rules and payout structures. All three use end-of-day trailing drawdown, charge one-time fees, and carry no activation costs. A fourth path, the Flex Challenge, was added in 2026. The Rapid path further splits into two options chosen at purchase: Rapid Daily, with daily payouts and a built-in daily loss limit, and Rapid Pro, with payouts every 3 days and no daily loss limit by default (an optional add-on lowers the price). The chosen path is locked in permanently after purchase.

Started a 15k Challenge with FundedNext in Jan 2025, traded with MT4 -Expert Advisor (algo trading). It took me an year to pass my phase1 and phase2 challenges and come to the payout stage. I was happy to receive my first payout from FundedNext in Jan 2026. I received it and also the initial fee that I had paid for the challenge. A week later, FundedNext came back to me saying that, I had been copying trades from another account. The evidence email sent to me contained about 13 trades, 9 were similar to my trades and 4 were not related to my trades. They said that their software detected 86.6% of my trades were a copy of another account, of which I have no idea. I had violated their copy trading policy. I had followed all their rules. I was trading my own strategy. I am an IT Programmer and had coded it as an Expert Advisor. I was asked to provide details about my strategy. I explained my strategy in detail in an email and also enclosed evidence(excel sheets) of my 6 yrs of back testing with historical data to prove that my strategy has an edge. I received my second payout and they closed my trading account. FundedNext said, they have not banned me but said that I cannot trade using this particular strategy, but I can purchase another new account and trade with a different strategy. My journey/experience with prop firms is that 99% of the traders do not reach the payout stage. Out of the 1% who do, half of them get their payouts denied for some obscure reasons. Unfortunately, I happened to be one of them with FundedNext.
