after purchasing a steller instant account and after making a little profit i am struggling for the completion of kyc process more than a week i dont know what mathematics is there in their kyc i have uploaded id document and live selfies then why not completing its just because they want to delay and pending the withdrawl process just shame on you funded next

I made payment on 6 may, 15:54 through my bank card and I was debited on my bank but did not reflect on my fundednext dashboard and I have been writing to customer care which is wonderful people but nothing is done. The 2 tickets I submitted told me resolved but still I have not gotten my account login. It is already 5 days and I have exhausted my patience. I need my money back or my account that I paid for which is for stellar lite plan and BOGO50 bonus. I will edit this rating if I got what I paid for unless it will be like this.

I purchased a Stellar Instant 20k challenge besides a 100k 1-step challenge. In the 1st week, my account balance move +/- 100$ and all was fine. Later, once my profits picked up and went eventually to 500$, I started getting flagged for risk violation although the permissible risk was always maintained. Next one was a margin threshold where the trader is expected to remain below 30% margin. FN eventually deducted my 450$ of profits and placed my account under inactive. In my dashboard i get a prompt saying " you decided to pause your account, check your spam for an email". I have bought challenges with 5er and have had no issues. They have loss, profit targets. Period! FundedNext on the other hand bombards your inbox with payout callouts etc etc but actually its a polished entity aimed solely to ensure every traders loses and they will throw as many sticks between your legs as possible! There are many good firms so run in the opposite direction of these thugs!!!
