Apex Trader Funding

i placed a trade with them from a new account and then i got stopped out and then i refreshed my tab and it wasn't even the correct data they were showing me and when i asked them about it and if they can reset my account nothing poor customer service, don't use this prop firm they basically just scammed me out my hard earned money.

Scammers they don't give you refunds on rebills that haven't been used, and this propfirm has way to many rules

I just trade with them when they have 90% discount for a reason. I had many PA accounts with them but never a payout because when approaching the date for payout always the platform failed and I ended losing my accounts. Wealthcharts is not worth to use, too many issues, freeze frequently and have to restart to place trades. No help to traders with issues on their available platforms because the excuse is “can’t fix on third party platforms”. A Total scam. I will stay on Topstep instead. Don’t waste your money even if there’s 90% discount. I had another passed evaluation and I cancelled it because it’s not worth to waste my money and time with Apex.

After battling to get to my first payout, it has been refused because of 30% MAE/Drawdown Violation and a Scaling Violation. This is an absolute considering the fact that I didn't have one big win but regular little wins to get there. They will always find a way to deny the payouts. Don't waist your time, do NOT use APEX

Cant get ahold of anyone to help out. Told them what's going on, couldn't access my account with a trade. Person on the other side never help out. Still no help.
