After over 15 months of buying evaluations every month, I finally passed an evaluation and went on to get my first $1400 payout. What happens? I get denied and asked for all kinds of verifications. I emailed them a week before making my payout asking if there will be any issues, to which I got NO REPLY. When I do request my payout they asked me to verify my identity with a live selfie and picture of ID which I had already done when I passed my evaluation, but went ahead and did it AGAIN. Now, 2 days before I travel to my country for vacations COUNTING ON NY PAYOUT TO BE READY, they send me an email asking for 3 videos of 5 - 10 minutes executing trades and giving explanations of why I took the trades and how I took the trades and managing my trades. UNBELIEVABLE, one works so hard to pass an evaluation build a buffer and get my first payout ever right before a trip back home, to be denied and asked for proof after proof after proof. 18 months of paying them $34 dollars monthly sometimes twice, and when it finally comes down to getting payed, they place all sorts of hoops around it. UNBELIEVABLE. ,BUY AN EVAL AT YOUR RISK, THIS PROFIRM WILL DO ALMOST ANYTHING FOR THEM NOT TO PAY YOU.

My account was controlled by a hacker earlier this summer. I worked with your Fraud dept manager to get control of the account. I am able to buy evaluation accounts and pay activation fees on PAs, etc. But your system doesn't seem to recognize the Fraud dept changed on my account to get to customer support and I have been waiting on an approved payout now for more than a week? Help!

They have 20 rules to not approve the payouts; they take about 5 to 7 days to approved if thats your case and then they take another 4 to 6 days to send you an email saying that the money is being sent and the money take about another 5 days to arrive at you bank account. In other words, Apex denied payouts like crazy, and if they approved the process can take up to two weeks to finally get the money if you got it, if not, then is another process added to this nightmare.

They cheat as they collect the money and will ban you without giving you any reason. If you they are transparent they should provide the reason. Zero reason given by them
