Let’s start from the beginning: I already left a one-star review for Apex. Then I was contacted, and they asked me for my reference number. To summarize what I said in my previous review, I stated that APEX is unreliable — when you least expect it, they insert a delay in the data, and you end up seeing the wrong prices. Let’s suppose the NQ market is at 25000 (as shown by APEX in their Rithmic data feed), and I have a BUY order at 24960. With APEX, my order gets filled at 24960 while the market is actually at 25000. Why, you ask? Because in reality, the market did reach my order price, but APEX doesn’t yet show that price since they add a delay in the charts. I have many videos — both mine and from my friends — showing this exact issue. Their excuse is the following: “You’re not using RTrader as your working platform, so it’s your fault.” I’m sorry to tell you, APEX, that I tested with the exact same Rithmic data feed, same gateway server, everything identical, and I didn’t experience any delay whatsoever with my working platform, Overchart. So, I’m sorry to say, but your excuse about using a different platform instead of RTrader doesn’t hold up. You are intentionally causing traders to lose, even though they pay a lot for your challenges. I expect a refund, because I have actual videos showing that your data feed has a delay. And with the same platform (Overchart) using Rithmic(not through you), everything works perfectly — on the same PC. You are clowns — shameful and unreliable. All of this, along with the videos, will be sent to the proper authorities, and all the evidence will be published so this doesn’t happen again. You are a scam.

I was told that I can no longer purchase evaluations and was asked to submit my strategy plus show my trades for the next 5 days. I have done this, but never heard back from them for more than half a year. I emailed them and no one responds. The customer service can be really frustrating.

They will make everything not to give you your payout... Asking questions, no answers, or answer without any clarification... don't lose time with them you won't be able to make payout.

I allege apex trader funding is a ponzi scheme. After over 350 accounts I paid for I finally started to make money and they closed my accounts. BEWARE!!!

I traded with Apex Trader Funding for months and always followed the rules. My first payout was denied for a 30 % MAE drawdown, and no hedging issue was mentioned. I accepted and traded cleanly for the next eight days and requested another payout, but Apex denied it again, this time claiming a “hedging violation” on June 9 — a date from the previous review window. They used an old event from a reviewed time window to block a new payout and wiped all profits earned afterward. The “hedge” was actually caused by a lagged fill from Apex’s own trade-copier glitch, not intentional behavior. When I explained this, support said the decision was final and offered no review.
