Even with all the rumours going on, support team has been great/responsive so far. From payout request to money in bank took around 7 business days for me. Considered slow as compared to other futures prop firms but I believe Apex is working on it. Hope they are here to stay for another 10 years and more!

The Apex Trader Funding support staff does a respectiveful job of handling the massive demands of traders that want everything yesterday. The ATF support staff is noticeably adapting to the fast and ever changing demands of the industry and traders.

I had an issue with a credit card that didn’t bill properly for one of my PA accounts that was close to qualifying for a payout. When the account was removed I was very upset to lose all the progress I had made. I reached out to customer support, they responded quickly and allowed the card to be billed again to restore my account. I was extremely thankful since it was a technical error and not anyone’s fault. This gave me a lot of faith in Apex as a whole. I also appreciate their proactive communication (via email) during the payout process. I did find it odd that they asked for video of me trading to prove I was a real person when one of the payouts was approved. I believe they fixed this with a simple identification process and I do completely understand they need to do their due diligence surrounding bots and AI for compliance reasons. ATF has been a great experience thus far!
