I think there are two platforms that make you pay to register on them, you can't trade from your phone, since you can't log in to founded accounts on metatrader4/5 you'll waste money for nothing, besides, they don't know which platforms many countries have restricted, the most horrible, unpleasant experience I had with this prop firm. they have too many complications, too many login platforms to access the founded account, some of them you have to pay a monthly plan to be able to log in, I suggest you look for another financing company, which uses metatrader4/5, it will be much easier for you.

I’ve experienced an issue during the KYC verification process that appears to have been caused by a system error. The verification did not complete properly, and shortly after that my account was affected. I did not intentionally break any rules, which is why this situation is quite concerning. I have reached out to support multiple times but haven’t received any response, which makes it difficult to understand or resolve the issue. I’m simply asking for a proper manual review and clarification, as this seems to be a technical issue rather than user error. I would really appreciate if someone from the team could look into this. Waiting for the live funded account for over three weeks, and no updates yet. Also, no response to my profits in the Sim Funded account PA-APEX-456800-04 that was deactivated with over 150K in profits. I'm not able to withdraw funds and am still waiting for the live funded account, with no help from the support or management team (Ticket ID: 1477977).

I’m stating to lose a little trust here and it’s a shame. I’ve purchased many apex accounts throughout my process of learning how to trade and all of it has been pretty straightforward and great. My PA accounts have been activated instantly every single time. The rules are straightforward and easy to follow. And my first payout request was approved so there’s no complaints there. However… it’s been 15 business days since I requested my first payout and 7 business days since I received an email stating that funds were sent to my bank. On the email apex says it could take 3-7 business days for money to show up in my bank account. And it’s fine I’m not desperately relying on the money to come in but it would be nice if I had it. After waiting all this time I still don’t have the money deposited into my account. My bigger issue is that I’ve now put in 2 support tickets weeks apart that haven’t even been touched by their support team so I’m just left out here hanging every single time. Other prop firms have chat boxes where a support rep answers you within minutes. Now i appreciate apex switching things up and modifying their plans to grow where the industry is growing but come on man you gotta at least answer tickets. It makes the whole process feel like apex doesn’t care when you earn money but they’re more than happy to take and process your purchases right away. If I didn’t have so much progress on my PA accounts I’d be gone and never come back to apex.
