I have tried every possible way to contact Apex Trader Funding — I’ve sent several emails, used their website form, and even reached out through social media — but they completely ignore me. Apex suspended my 8 PA accounts without giving any reason or explanation, right after I completed my payments and traded following all of their rules. I never broke any policy or used unfair practices. This situation is unjust and very disappointing. I worked hard, traded responsibly for months, and trusted this company. Now I’m left with no answers, no access, and no support after investing my own money in good faith. I just ask for a fair review and a human response. What Apex has done feels cruel and unfair, and it has affected me deeply — financially and personally

Over the past two days, I’ve seen Apex reply to emails sent by a friend who reached out on my behalf, yet they still haven’t contacted me directly — the actual account holder. I understand they can’t share account details with other people, but that’s not what I asked for. I only asked that they open a ticket, send me confirmation, and tell me which department is handling my case. I’ve made it clear that I’m open to discussing why they believe there’s fraudulent activity and to provide any documents or proof they need — but they just don’t respond. I’m a paying client, and the way this is being handled is simply not fair. I’m not asking for special treatment — just transparency, communication, and professionalism.

It’s been almost a month since I requested my first payout, and I still haven’t received anything. My account remains blocked, and Apex hasn’t replied to any of my emails. They only sent one email before closing my account, saying there was “fraudulent activity” — but never explained what exactly. I’ve asked for clear communication many times, and as of October 28, 2025, they’ve completely ignored me. I spent over a year paying monthly without any issue, and now that I request my first payout, they ban me. I’m requesting direct and professional communication, because I’m fully willing to clarify whatever they believe happened — with evidence if necessary. You already have my contact info. Please get in touch and fix this situation.

There are two parts to my negative view of Apex, namely their dashboard and their rules: First of all, their dashboard seems like a website from the early years of the internet, and there is no way for you to check your progress towards the targets such as minimum profitable days, consistency rule, safety net. They have a peculiar chart that indicates nothing. This can be considered a minor issue, as dashboards can be rebuilt and changed. The greater issue is with how they are designed not to be a trader-friendly firm. Secondly, their rules are by far the least ideal. You may be cajoled by the 1-step eval, but you really can't take any money out until you have made an extra 5%, so in fact it is a two-step. They do not allow you to dynamically risk manage and change your risk in accordance with the probability of your trades. If you reduce risk close to a payout date, this is considered a violation of their rules. Even worse is the fact that if you even accidentally breach a rule, they will not only remove your profits from that trade, by all trades after the breaching trade. Does it not sound counterintuitive? If you make a 200 dollar mistake on day 1 and continue to trade in line with their rules for the next 7 days, and make 6,000 Dollars, you will not only lose the 200 but also the 6000 that has nth to do with your breaching trade. And you will not be told anything about your violating trade until you request a payout. This is specifically designed to deny payouts, as the correct way would have been to remove the profits once the dashboard updates on the 2nd day as opposed to doing it once the trader requests a payout. APex is definitely intentful in denying as many payouts as possible and making their trading conditions as unfriendly as possible while luring traders with big discounts. Al in all, I do not recommend trading with them.
